How it works

From your rulebook
to a published post.

Each brand we work with gets its own system. This page walks through what it does with every post, page and email.

1. We write your rulebook

We start by writing down how your brand works: how you talk, what you sell, the claims you can back up, the words you avoid and the corrections you’ve had before.

General AI tools write well, but they don’t know your brand’s limits. The rulebook gives the system those limits before it writes anything, which is why the first drafts are usable.

2. It drafts from the rulebook

Captions, product pages and emails start from facts and claims your team has already approved. Where a claim needs support, the source is attached to the draft.

Usually someone writes first and a reviewer looks for the evidence afterwards. Drafting from the rulebook means unsupported claims don’t make it into the draft.

3. It checks the draft

Before a draft reaches your team, the system checks it for overstated claims, missing disclaimers, wrong numbers and anything off-voice. Each problem is flagged, explained and rewritten, and the reason is saved.

The check runs on every draft, so it doesn’t depend on someone remembering to do it.

4. Your team approves it

A named person on your side reads the final version and approves it. Nothing publishes automatically. The system handles the tedious parts, like finding sources, comparing versions and re-checking decisions you’ve already made.

The decisions stay with your team.

Your edits go back into it

When your team rewrites a line or rejects a draft, that decision is added to the rulebook. The rulebook belongs to you.

You also keep a record of how each claim was checked and who approved it, in case anyone asks later.

Who it is for

Brands with rules about what they can say. That includes regulated categories like health and supplements, and also technical products and brands with a voice they’ve spent years building. It works best for teams that publish every week.

If you need a full creative team instead, we run one of those too, at ovyn.co.
