Who we are

ovyn.ai is run by OVYN Collective LLC, based in New Jersey, US. For any question about this policy or your information, email zein@ovyn.co.

What we collect

What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your brand, your email address, the category you choose and your message. If you email us, we receive whatever you include.

Basic visit data. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and protect the site. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you. It gives us totals such as page views, referring sites, countries and device types.

Fonts. The site’s typeface loads from Google Fonts, so your browser requests it from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

To reply to you, to talk about working together, to keep records of our business conversations, and to keep the site running and secure.

We don’t use anything you send through this site to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site and deliver your message: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (sends form messages to our inbox) and our email provider. They handle it on our behalf.

We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. We would only disclose it if the law required us to.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing zein@ovyn.co. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, for example California, New Jersey, the EU or the UK, local law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. Asking will never affect how we treat you.

Where it’s stored

Our providers store data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information is transferred there.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Client work

If your brand works with OVYN, the brand material and content we handle for you is covered by our client agreement, not by this page.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
